Fezerli browser extension · Version 2026-10-07.2 · Last updated 11 October 2026
This Policy explains what data the Fezerli browser extension and its service (the "Service") process, why, and what choices you have. The Service is operated by Ln2CRM ("we", "us"). Questions: admin@ln2crm.com.
In short: we use the post you are commenting on only to write the draft, and we do not store the post or the draft. We keep the minimum needed to run your account and your free or paid allowance. We do not sell data, show ads, or use your data to train AI models.
1. Data we process
- LinkedIn identity (for licensing). Your LinkedIn member id, public profile id, name, headline and profile photo URL, read from the LinkedIn page you are signed in to. The Service is licensed per LinkedIn profile, so this is how your free allowance and plan are attached to you.
- Post content (for writing a draft). When you ask for a draft, or when Autopilot writes one, the extension sends the post text, the author's name and headline, up to a few visible comments, images attached to the post (where image reading is available on your plan) and, for replies, the comment you are answering. For message drafts it sends the conversation you are replying to. This content is processed to generate the draft and is not stored on our servers afterwards.
- Your recent drafts. To keep your comments varied, the extension keeps the text of your last 15 drafts in your browser and sends them with a request. They are used for that request only and are not stored by us.
- Account (optional). If you register: your email address, the personalization text you choose to save (about you, comment rules, services, writing samples), your plan, and the version and time of your consent to the Terms and this Policy.
- Usage and security data. Counters of drafts used per period, an install identifier, sign-in codes (stored only as a one-way hash and expiring after a short time), and standard server logs with IP addresses and request times, used to run the Service and prevent abuse.
- Diagnostic reports. When an automated step fails because LinkedIn's page looks different than expected, or when you use "Report a problem", the extension sends a report: an error code, the extension version, the page path without its query string, a short log of recent extension actions, and a snapshot of the page structure around the failure. Before it leaves your browser, every name, post, comment and other text in the snapshot is replaced with placeholder characters, and images and links to profiles are stripped, so the report shows how the page is built, not what it says. You can turn automatic reports off in the extension's Preferences.
- Data kept only in your browser. Your preferences, tone and autopilot settings, autopilot history, watchlist and templates are stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage) and are not sent to us, except where a request needs them as described above.
2. How we use data
- to generate drafts and provide the features you use;
- to license the Service per LinkedIn profile and enforce free and paid allowances;
- to send sign-in codes and service messages to your email;
- to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems, including finding out when LinkedIn changes its pages.
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
3. Limited use
Data the extension accesses from the pages you visit is used only to provide and improve the Service's single purpose, which is helping you write LinkedIn comments, replies and messages. It is not transferred to third parties except as needed to provide that purpose (the processors listed below), to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you. It is not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes, and it is not read by people except with your consent, for security reasons, or as required by law.
4. Processors
- OpenAI (United States): AI model provider that generates drafts from the content in a request. Under its API terms, API data is not used to train its models.
- Hetzner (European Union): hosting of our servers and database.
- Our email provider: delivery of sign-in codes.
We may change processors; this list is kept up to date. Data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, with appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention
- Post content, images and drafts: not stored after the draft is returned.
- Account data and personalization text: until you delete your account.
- Usage counters and licensing records: while your account or seat is active, and for a limited time afterwards for abuse prevention and accounting.
- Server logs: kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
- Diagnostic reports: 90 days.
6. Your choices and rights
- You can use the free plan without an account, and you can clear the extension's local data by removing the extension.
- You can edit or clear your personalization text in the extension at any time.
- You can ask us for access to, correction of, export of or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict processing where the law gives you that right, by emailing admin@ln2crm.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to servers is restricted. Sign-in codes are stored as hashes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
8. Children
The Service is intended for professionals aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. The version and date at the top show the current one. For material changes, registered users will be asked to accept the new version at their next sign-in.
