Terms of Service
Fezerli browser extension · Version 2026-10-07.2 · Last updated 7 October 2026
You are asked to accept these Terms before your first draft, and again after material changes. These Terms govern your use of the Fezerli browser extension and the related service (together, the "Service"), operated by Ln2CRM ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the Service, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Not affiliated with LinkedIn. Fezerli is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.
1. The Service
Fezerli drafts comments, replies and messages for LinkedIn with the help of artificial intelligence, based on the post or conversation you are looking at. You can review and edit every draft before posting it. The optional Autopilot feature can find posts that match criteria you set and post comments in your open LinkedIn tab on your behalf, at a pace you control.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- The Service is licensed per LinkedIn profile. The free plan works without registration. Registering with your email address unlocks the monthly free allowance and personalization features. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and your device secure.
- One person may not use multiple LinkedIn profiles, installs or email addresses to obtain additional free allowances.
3. Free allowance, plans and limits
- Welcome allowance. Every LinkedIn profile receives 50 free AI drafts once. They do not renew.
- Monthly free allowance. Registered users additionally receive 25 free AI drafts each calendar month (UTC), starting once the welcome allowance is used. Unregistered users do not receive a monthly allowance.
- Image reading. Reading images attached to posts (screenshots, slides, charts) is included in the 50 welcome drafts on the free plan and on paid plans.
- Unused drafts do not roll over. A draft that fails to generate is not counted.
- Paid plans provide the allowances and features described at purchase. We may apply fair use and abuse limits (for example per IP address or per day) to protect the Service.
- We may change free allowances and plan features in the future. Changes do not reduce what you have already paid for during the current billing period.
4. Your use of LinkedIn and your responsibility
- You remain solely responsible for everything posted from your LinkedIn account, including comments drafted or posted by the Service, and for complying with LinkedIn's User Agreement and policies.
- LinkedIn's User Agreement restricts automated activity and the use of browser extensions that automate activity on its site. Using Autopilot, the watchlist, or a custom pace (more comments per day, shorter gaps, more profile checks) may lead LinkedIn to limit, restrict or suspend your account. You use these features at your own risk. We cannot reverse any action LinkedIn takes on your account.
- Autopilot follows established practices to keep activity natural (human-like typing, random pauses, daily limits, pausing while you are active elsewhere). Even so, automation raises the risk of account restrictions. Before Autopilot first runs, you are asked to acknowledge this risk, and we record that acknowledgment.
- Safe defaults are provided, and features that raise the risk require you to accept that risk explicitly.
5. AI-generated content
- Drafts are generated by third-party AI models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate for your context, or similar to drafts produced for other users. Review drafts before posting.
- As between you and us, you own the text you post. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your inputs in order to provide the Service.
- Do not rely on drafts as professional, legal, financial or medical advice.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- post spam, harass, threaten, defame, impersonate others, or mislead people;
- post unlawful, discriminatory or sexually explicit content;
- infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- interfere with, reverse engineer, resell or overload the Service, or bypass its limits;
- collect or scrape personal data from LinkedIn for purposes unrelated to writing your own comments.
7. Billing and refunds
- Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Monthly payments are non-refundable, and no partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time.
- Annual plans may receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining full months if requested within 30 days of the original payment. Refunds are always issued where required by law, or if you were charged in error.
- To request a refund, email admin@ln2crm.com from the address on your account.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, prompts, design and branding, belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to copy, modify, distribute or resell the Service.
9. Privacy
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, THAT IT WILL KEEP WORKING WITH CHANGES LINKEDIN MAKES TO ITS SITE, OR THAT DRAFTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OR GOODWILL, INCLUDING ANY RESTRICTION, SUSPENSION OR LOSS OF YOUR LINKEDIN ACCOUNT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 6 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of content you post, your use of LinkedIn, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension, and you may ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, abuse the free allowances, or create risk for the Service or for others.
14. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms. The version and date at the top of this page show the current version. For material changes we will ask registered users to accept the new version at their next sign-in. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably: contact us at admin@ln2crm.com. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it may be referred to binding arbitration or to the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
